Formed in 2019 by GSV through the acquisitions of PureDI and WorldView, LivTech is a leading provider of software and integrated billing and payments solutions to the aging and post-acute care markets.

In partnership with PSG, LivTech quickly grew from its two core platforms into a nationwide network of solutions serving the full continuum of aging care. Over its first four years, the company completed 15 acquisitions, bringing together specialized tools for clinical documentation, billing, compliance, and operations.

Today, LivTech serves more than 4,400 organizations, and its technology supports providers across multiple care settings, including senior living communities, home-based care organizations, and post-acute physician groups. While each solution is purpose-built for its domain, the LivTech platform emphasizes interoperability, data continuity, and administrative automation—core enablers of quality care delivery in a fragmented, high-compliance environment.
