OptiMantra is a purpose-built EMR and practice management platform serving integrative medicine and wellness practitioners. The company provides a unified platform that streamlines scheduling, documentation, billing, and patient engagement.

When GSV partnered with OptiMantra in 2023, the opportunity was clear: allied health practices operate in a fragmented ecosystem with limited access to enterprise-grade software, particularly among cash-pay and hybrid providers. Despite minimal sales and marketing investment, OptiMantra generated high inbound conversion and strong customer sentiment with a sticky product. Revenue per customer and operating discipline, however, had room to grow.

Over the 18-month hold period GSV partnered closely with OptiMantra's founders to professionalize the business and unlock embedded value. As a result, revenue scaled 3.7x, the customer base grew more than 2.6x, and gross margins expanded more than 10%.

Today, OptiMantra serves more than 4,000 customers and continues to scale. A singular growth opportunity, the investment reflects GSV’s approach to growth equity: partner with founder-led software companies serving mission-critical SMB markets and apply operational discipline to help them organically compound into durable, high-quality businesses.
