PRIVACY POLICY UNDER REGULATIONS S-P AND S-AM
Federal regulations require certain financial institutions, including registered investment advisers, to provide notice to its customers about their privacy policies, establish conditions under which they may disclose non-public personal information about consumers to unaffiliated third parties and restrict their ability to use consumer information received from affiliates for marketing. The Firm currently has no consumers or customers, for purposes of such regulations. The Firm shall not enter into an investment advisory arrangement with any natural person unless and until this Privacy Policy Under Regulations S-P and S-AM is revised to address the specific requirements of such regulations with respect to consumers and customers.
