Kendall Howser

Kendall Howser joined GSV in 2017 as the firm’s Controller, where she oversees financial operations and supports the day-to-day management of GSV’s Knoxville headquarters. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, she brings a strong technical foundation and a collaborative leadership style to her role—ensuring precision, transparency, and efficiency across the firm’s financial processes.

Before joining GSV, Kendall served as an auditor with Deloitte and later as Controller for Waste Connections, where she gained deep experience in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting within complex, multi-entity organizations. That blend of public and private experience prepared her to help scale GSV’s finance function as the firm expanded its platform investments.

At GSV, Kendall is known for her steady leadership and commitment to building strong, capable teams. She finds energy in the people she works alongside—leaders who are both brilliant and collaborative—and credits the culture of mutual respect and curiosity as one of GSV’s greatest strengths.
