Kristi Jones joined Greater Sum Ventures in 2019 as an Executive Administrator, supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm’s headquarters in Knoxville. With a steady hand and deep institutional knowledge, Kristi plays a critical role in keeping the organization running smoothly—ensuring teams, processes, and priorities stay aligned.

Kristi has worked in account management and operations roles across the GSV family of businesses since 2008, giving her a unique perspective on the firm’s evolution from its earliest days. Her journey began nearly two decades ago when she took a leap of faith to join a small web development company—where she first met Ross Croley and Lisa Stinnett—and watched the business grow from humble beginnings into what would ultimately become GSV.

Known for her reliability, care, and commitment, Kristi views GSV not just as a workplace, but as a community. Her long-standing relationships and dedication reflect the culture that defines the firm: built on trust, loyalty, and shared success.
